Fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, St. John’s wort, or other herbal supplements.
-
-
Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be used as an alternative for pain relief if needed.

Limit Alcohol:

No Waxing or Hair Removal:

Stop Using Certain Skincare Products:

Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, or other products that may make your skin sensitive.

Do Not Touch or Rub the Treated Area:
-
Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the injection sites for at least 24 hours to prevent the Botox from spreading to unintended areas.

Keep Your Head Upright:
-
Remain upright for at least 4 hours after your treatment. Avoid lying down or bending over during this time.
-
First 24 Hours

Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products:
-
Refrain from applying makeup, creams, or other skincare products on the treated area for at least 24 hours.

No Exercise or Heat Exposure:

-
-
Limit Alcohol:
-
Avoid alcohol consumption, as it may increase the risk of bruising.
