1. Promotional Offer

• All services purchased during this promotion are sold as vouchers for services that must be booked and redeemed on or before June 30, 2025.
• Any voucher not redeemed by this date will expire and cannot be used for services, nor will any refund or credit be issued for unused vouchers.

2. Non-Transferable Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the voucher. You may be required to present valid identification at the time of service to confirm your identity.

3. Booking Requirements

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be refunded on the date of service unless the cancellation policy (outlined below) is violated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
• If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the entire service voucher will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

5. Compliance with California Law

• This promotion complies with all applicable California laws, including but not limited to regulations governing gift certificates and prepaid services.
• As permitted under California law, the vouchers for services offered in this promotion are subject to the expiration date of June 30, 2025, as disclosed at the time of purchase.
